Pros
Dynamic environment, intimate atmosphere, flexible working hours, middle good salary. Working in Adecco Italy for sure brings you various job opportunities after working like a period of one year it’s easy to find another job outside the Adecco.
Cons
Learning new stuff is a great challenge, this is my personal experience, people don’t share their knowledge with each other and this might waste your whole time while working there, some managers are not good listeners
