Good people, sales oriented, motivating and fun to work with. If you like people, you should like this company.
Cons
Terrible top management, no vision. This experience at Adecco was probably the worst I had. Country Manager as well as other top managers (COO, CMO) are doing everything they can to keep their position and to stay out of sight from there international counterparts. No career opportunities and virtually no training. There are much better places to work at.
