Pros
There is room for growth and your manager will map out how to get there and steps needed to take to get there. My manager was hands down the best manager I have ever had the pleasure of working with and was the reason I stayed for as long as I did. Great health benefits, 19 days PTO when you start out, 401K, stock options, managers are willing to work with your schedules.
Cons
The directors and VP's say they care about the colleagues but their actions speak very differently! No holiday parties, no annual increases, low pay for the work you are expected to do, you have to bend over backwards to get your settlement fees, the candidates you work with are one of a kind (not in a good way).
