      Pros

      Great vacation benefit, which increases with time served in the company, which is a nice reward. Good comp package and insurance. Local staff and management are easy to work with on a daily basis.

      Cons

      High level management does not have much, if any, interacation with local staff, and tends to see local staff as numbers instead of people.
