Pros
Decent Company, decent benefits. There are some talented, skilled, employees working at this company.
Cons
Salaried (no OT), your experience is dependant on which branch you get into. Little training. I experienced a bad branch – no sales, no positions to place associates at…. It was demoralizing. The senior management was aware but did nothing. If you have a bad branch manager – you will not get ahead, or get bonuses. It was a demoralizing experience.
