      Pros

      I am my own boss, I work remotely 100% of the time and schedule what I need for my family. As long as i am successful in delivering and meeting expectations, I am fine.

      Cons

      Never hear from anyone from the office unless I make multiple attempts to pursue. No offerings of increasing knowledge or improving my position. Sometimes i feel like I am being pimped.

      contract was short term, which was okay for me but might not be what everyone wants
