      Pros

      I had a recruiter that seemed genuinely interested in getting me jobs.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, the jobs are strictly contracts. There's a lot of talk about how it *could* become permanent, but I never saw it. Maybe that's what they're told, too.

      Flexible work options and good collaboration amongst team members

      Cons

      The commission plans are constantly changing, making it harder and harder to earn commission.
