      Pros

      Telecommuting has its pros and cons but I enjoyed it. The definitely seemed to be a bias towards east coast hours however.

      Cons

      Staffing just isn't the most lucrative of fields. I think all employees received a 4% salary decrease in 08 or 09. Never to be recouped.

      Flexible work options and good collaboration amongst team members

      The commission plans are constantly changing, making it harder and harder to earn commission.
