Pros
Colleagues are nice, they work hard, listen to your opinion and appreciate team work. There are also pretty much opportunities of training for young employees, and transfer within companies (different branches). If you do pretty good, the company gives good bonus & incentives.
Cons
Basic pay and raise is slow, management change company strategies often. Retention rate is also high.
