      Easy to get a job. They'll take almost anyone. Pay is good depending on contract. Temp work hiring process is quick and easy.

      Cons

      No benefits usually. Pay can be bad depending on contract. Reps from company who manager large numbers of contractors usually don't care and will take employers side.
