There is not balance between your personal life and work. Expected to be available 24x7. In the office I worked for required a lot of work outside of normal business hours that you were not compensated for. They do not believe in half days.. if you wanted to only work 4 hours of a day you were required to use a full 8 hour day of PTO. Liked to think they had an open door policy; however whenever issues/concerns were brought to their attention nothing was taken serious.
