Pros
Contracts are all OK and in accordance with the law, salaries always come on time, colleagues are young and usually nice. If they hire you, they will not like to see you go, you have to be doing a very very very bad job for them to let you go.
Cons
Seems like they don't really care much about you after your are employed. They are not even giving you a pencil. Some organizational issues and hidden communication channels are present, but it should not concern a regular employee.
