Pros
Adecco has a pretty comprehensive benefits package, if it's something you're interested in. In my case, they had a job waiting for me whenever I applied and talked to an agent. The pay rates for jobs through Adecco, at least the ones I've had the pleasure of noting, were a bit higher than minimum wage.
Cons
There is little room for advancement or securing a full-time stable job. Also, Adecco advertises for jobs that have a great pay and room for advancement, but I've only found strictly temporary jobs with lower pay than Adecco advertises. Also, when my first Adecco assignment was done, they continued to advertise that jobs were available in local media, however they told me that there weren't any clients hiring at that time.
