Pros
By Adecco being a large corporation one of the few advantages I can think of are that they have many outlets to educational resources to ultimately equip you to promote their agenda of remaining the world;s largest staffing provider.
Cons
Adecco does not foster. implement nor facilitate diversity. There is no room for growth for minorities; when you do a salary to salary comparison to minorities against others it is a gross disparity.
