Pros
This has been a great learning experiencing for me and given me the chance to immerse myself in many different roles. This position will definitely never be boring, there is something new going on every day. You get the opportunity to meet and work with many different people from many different walks of life.
Cons
One of the downsides to this position is that our pay rate really does not fit all of the work that this position requires. We are constantly taking on new roles and new challenges with this job, but the work is really not rewarded financially.
