Pros
Adecco challenges you to learn EVERYTHING at the Branch level with little support. You will learn how to interview, background check and manage and sell at the branch level. You cannot only learn enough to get by. You WILL learn everything! Great place to challenge yourself.
Cons
No real advancement to speak of. Not a lot of respect for Branch Managers. Lack to support by upper management. You are on your own and left to figure everything out. If you a quick you will not have any problems, but if you need help with your learning curve you are out of luck.
