The fixed salary is not very high but if we can have bonunes, profit-sharing bonuses and a company car , it's correct
Cons
The organization change every year, there is a lot of turn over in the management team. The strategy is not always very clear. Shareholders regularly impose budget restrictions, such as limiting travel to the strict minimum (no more regional meetings), no more budget for Christmas meals, etc.
