      Pros

      Our comp time is amazing; one will start with 18 days of PTO. The flexibility and freedom are great. The people I work with are awesome. The work we do every day, by providing people with jobs is very satisfying.

      Cons

      There is very little opportunity for advancement because people don't leave Adecco.
