      Pros

      Easy to get hired, even with no experience. The work itself was not unpleasant. I felt I was evaluated based on my work, not my appearance. Casual dress, looks didn't matter.

      Cons

      Insane hours (70ish a week). Pay not quite commensurate with the demanding hours and physical nature of the work.

      The commission plans are constantly changing, making it harder and harder to earn commission.
