Pros
Some of the best engineers in the world who are passionate about Adobe and the general technology world. We aren't 'evil' and are very open with the public about what we are doing. Also, the company actually cares about you as a person. Work times, locations, etc. are usually quite flexible and management goes out of their way to make sure you are happy not only with your job, but with 'real life.'
Cons
Management isn't always willing to take big risks. There is a lot of innovative thinking going on within the engineering teams and within middle management, but upper management is slow to get on board with these ideas.
