Pros
Great products, well known brand on the market, keep innovating and looking into the future People that got onboard long time ago are usually really skilled and willing to share their knowledge
Cons
Lots of great people within the channel organization have been dismissed recently, the atmosphere is getting worse and worse as people fear the end of this selling organization. The management doesn't make you grow and learn they just focus on their own achievements so you are required to execute just how your manager wants, no space for initiatives and growth. Your voice won't be listened and be sure you are not a priority. However the more you are hyprocrite and "loving" your manager, the better you are seen and get promoted. It results in having very pood mid-managers that are narrow minded and without any leadership. I believe it depends from department to department however that is for sure it used to be better some years ago and some bottom to up feedback should be collected to improve the situation.
