      Labor inconsistencies- labor changes are frequent and make hiring unpredictable GM's schedules are becoming less flexible and are very dependent on Regional demands

      Work life balance, nice office in North Hills, unlimited PTO and sometimes they provide lunch

      Cons

      The pay is not competitive at all. For this to be a Fortune 500 company you would think the pay would be better but honestly this is just a good company to have on your resume, gain the experience for about 6 months to a year and then start applying elsewhere.
