Pros
If you work in one of their offices it's not terrible. Pretty standard 8-5 office job, PTO, and benefits (even though they're a bit pricey). The manager of employment marketing is incredibly understanding and made putting up with the company's overall bs a little bit easier.
Cons
Job is fairly easy and straightforward but an incompetent supervisor made me want to write a review. There was a huge amount of favoritism in place when this person got the role- they're under-qualified but knew how to talk-the-talk. Oblivious to what the role required and didn't know how to manage a team. Not convinced they actually do any work, seems like they just delegate everything so they can take long lunches and leave early. Let some team members get away with missing work all the time or just watching videos rather than doing their job. These people were eventually rewarded...tell me how that makes sense. As a whole, the company has a blatant disregard for how high turnover is and why it's so high. Hourly wages and salary for associates across the board are far below industry standard. Several people on our team would like to move up to management roles but won't because internal promotions are complete bs. Very restricted by a percentage threshold for raises (you likely won't be offered what the person before you made). If you have a good manager or switch departments they might fight for you to get a raise. Most people stay with the company for 1-2 years and then run far far away.
