Business Outlook
Pros
1. Excellent work Environment. 2. Very nice middle management personnel. 3. Work from home option 4. Work life balance is great 5. Do not need to work on weekends, generally (even if you get to work on weekends sometimes, you get proper comp-off)
Cons
1. Getting salary hikes is a huge issue. Management doesn't care 2. Indian management are just paper managers, everything is controlled in US 3. Long term employee do not get any benefit 4. Too much reduction is force each year 5. Until 2008, ACS was the best company to work for, but then Xerox took over and things are going backwards now.
