Pros
- Work 14/16 days a month on a 12 hrs shift. - Cab facilitiy - Shift Allowance - HR team is very much responsive.
Cons
- Bad organization of Cabs facility. - No hikes and no promotion since 3 years. - You won't learn anything, coz no skilled people around although some are called Leads. - Team members are very very bad. - Facility are not up to the mark. - No recognition for hard work.
