Pros
If you are a white male then you are in good company and will not have any problems working your way up in the company.
Cons
White, male dominated in executive positions, stripped human resources so there is no accountability for actions. Policies that do not compensate for overtime (except by time off which you have to take the week you earn it and then they keep you on the weekend so you can't take the time off in the same week). Outsourcing from within the US by hiring immigrants seeking green cards and visas instead of Americans who would want a bigger salary and time off.
