      Pros

      So much potential to really make it. All you need is the drive, if you want to make it you will.

      Cons

      Difficult to set your own schedule sometimes and stick by it. Incentives area awesome, but sometimes it can be difficult to balance.

      Pros

      Freedom to be your own boss, trips, bonuses, renewable income (instead of one time commission), career instead of just a job. FORTUNE 500 and a World's most Ethical Company. Great training (at least here in Wyoming) and a family mentality. Great family/work balance.

      Cons

      No base pay, can be a slow start at first, you have to be very organized and self-driven, have to be licensed in life and health to sell insurance (but my management help with the process).
