      Absolutely horrid experience - New Business Development Aflac Employee Review

      Pros

      You can get residuals....only if you write business though!

      Cons

      There were so many....frat like mentality, disrespectful to women and minorities, most top management live in the past (and on their past residuals) so have less than little interest in training/developing new recruits.

      Pros

      Freedom to be your own boss, trips, bonuses, renewable income (instead of one time commission), career instead of just a job. FORTUNE 500 and a World's most Ethical Company. Great training (at least here in Wyoming) and a family mentality. Great family/work balance.

      Cons

      No base pay, can be a slow start at first, you have to be very organized and self-driven, have to be licensed in life and health to sell insurance (but my management help with the process).
