      there are no pros. this place is a joke they don't even tell you what you will be doing untill you get to the group interview

      Cons

      All they want you to do is sell there insurence and you have to pay $200 for a license to sell thier insurence.

      Pros

      Freedom to be your own boss, trips, bonuses, renewable income (instead of one time commission), career instead of just a job. FORTUNE 500 and a World's most Ethical Company. Great training (at least here in Wyoming) and a family mentality. Great family/work balance.

      Cons

      No base pay, can be a slow start at first, you have to be very organized and self-driven, have to be licensed in life and health to sell insurance (but my management help with the process).
