      Aflac cares about its employees and has a great culture and reputation. The salary is competive with other employers in the area and the opportunites for advancement is available.

      Cons

      The workload can be sometimes overwhelming with lack of support. Management is not the best developed and/or supportive

      Pros

      Freedom to be your own boss, trips, bonuses, renewable income (instead of one time commission), career instead of just a job. FORTUNE 500 and a World's most Ethical Company. Great training (at least here in Wyoming) and a family mentality. Great family/work balance.

      Cons

      No base pay, can be a slow start at first, you have to be very organized and self-driven, have to be licensed in life and health to sell insurance (but my management help with the process).
