      Pros

      -The potential to earn money once an existing client base is established, is very impressive for residual income.

      Cons

      -Must be self motivated and have a drive to chase the dollar. Must enjoy working with little supervision most times; which may be a detriment to those wanting a more *at home* atmosphere.

      Pros

      Freedom to be your own boss, trips, bonuses, renewable income (instead of one time commission), career instead of just a job. FORTUNE 500 and a World's most Ethical Company. Great training (at least here in Wyoming) and a family mentality. Great family/work balance.

      Cons

      No base pay, can be a slow start at first, you have to be very organized and self-driven, have to be licensed in life and health to sell insurance (but my management help with the process).
