      Pros

      Ability to make your own schedule...earning potential is unlimited...great people...great training depending on what district you are put in

      Cons

      Focus is on cold calling...high turnover...and if there is no savings or other main source of income it can be hard to get started

      Pros

      Freedom to be your own boss, trips, bonuses, renewable income (instead of one time commission), career instead of just a job. FORTUNE 500 and a World's most Ethical Company. Great training (at least here in Wyoming) and a family mentality. Great family/work balance.

      Cons

      No base pay, can be a slow start at first, you have to be very organized and self-driven, have to be licensed in life and health to sell insurance (but my management help with the process).
