      Pros

      They supply their own booklets.

      Cons

      No employee benefits, subpar commissions, no company cars or diets. You are basically working on your own, but they get a piece of the cake after you invest your time, gas mileage and effort into it.

      Pros

      Freedom to be your own boss, trips, bonuses, renewable income (instead of one time commission), career instead of just a job. FORTUNE 500 and a World's most Ethical Company. Great training (at least here in Wyoming) and a family mentality. Great family/work balance.

      Cons

      No base pay, can be a slow start at first, you have to be very organized and self-driven, have to be licensed in life and health to sell insurance (but my management help with the process).
