Pros
Great benefits. Great coworkers. Though the salary is not that high, expense money is not taxed and can be saved up, also, can max up salary by doing extra work up to a maximum of 100 hrs total flying per month.
Cons
It can take a long time to gain enough seniority for this job to be worthwhile. Becoming completely fluent in other languages helps a lot, with fluency in three languages and I was senior enough to hold international flying within less than 2 years. You are only paid for airtime, so it is important to hold flying with long hours. If you go to the airport, spend an hour prepping flight documents, spend another hour and a half boarding, spend half an hour deplaning passengers, that is 3.5 hours that were absolutely not paid not even a dime. If you are only willing to be fluent in one or two languages it may not be that great of a job.
