Pros
Training was encouraging and enjoyable. Training leaders were very positive and encouraging.
Cons
$10 base and weak & complicated commission structure. Rigid guidelines nearly impossible to follow. I got written-up the first two days out of training and 2-3 time a week following. Each ending with "up to and including termination". I've been written up before in jobs, but not to this extent. Once, maybe twice, a career at a company, but nothing like this. Having to log in and out of two separate systems at beginning of shift, in and out of meal times and end of shift. My previous job gave me 8 hours PTO because they had never had an employee not miss a punch in/out in the first 90 days of employment. At Allconnect, no problem clocking in/out during training, but first day out of training it started. Within two months they've fired me. Nothing like being threatened with being fired 2-3 times a week. Out of the 20+ people in my January 2024 training class, only about 5 remain. I don't blame the lower level management, they're only doing what they're told.
