      Pros

      If chosen the company will put you through a comprehensive training, includes a trip to Chicago headquarters. Allstate very much encourages career development within the company. Once you're in they'll take good care of you.

      Cons

      Work can be quite demanding. Shouldn't be too bad if you're highly organized
