      Pros

      The company provides world-class resources to their employees. They have an excellent training program and great pay/benefits. Staff is very knowledgeable/professional.

      Cons

      Working in the financial reporting department, deadlines are tight and can be high pressure.

      Pros

      Large Stable company, decent benefits, provide social gathering opportunities for remote employees.

      Cons

      Communication is not the best. from leadership down or between departments. Perception is valued higher then performance. Under stress people may turn hostile and the leadership is not equipped to address in well. In case of my manager some of the expectations were not reasonable.
