      Pros

      Telecommute options are very open and allowed by management. Acturial Fellows support is companywide, but the CPCU not so much

      Cons

      Recent outside managers being hired do not have the people skills nor do they value the Allstate culture. However, they are knowledgeable in the areas they were hired for so it makes business sense

      Pros

      Large Stable company, decent benefits, provide social gathering opportunities for remote employees.

      Cons

      Communication is not the best. from leadership down or between departments. Perception is valued higher then performance. Under stress people may turn hostile and the leadership is not equipped to address in well. In case of my manager some of the expectations were not reasonable.
