      Great working culture and a startup like mindset

      Cons

      Started in India 5 years ago but grew rather fast in size but the processes & tools in place needs to be enhanced. It still has to reach a certain maturity level and will do on time

      Pros

      Great benefits, pto can be ok same day without manager approval so long as you have time & there's availability to take off

      Cons

      Goals constantly changing, which means commissions is always changing for the worse of course. You're not human there, call center environment from hell. I felt like a zombie
