      Pros

      If you don't have a insurance license, they will pay for your class and test. After completing the state test, I was licensed in 15 states for P&C. Managers and other staff are pretty friendly and try hard to get alone with everyone.

      Cons

      Crazy hours, Hard to adjust to the demands of the position, and dated programs and systems.

      Pros

      Flexible when it comes to how to get the work done. While working remote you don't have to waste time driving to location. You have the ability to work at night to catch up on workload if needed.

      The strong achievers may end up getting more workload.
