      Rigid old school management in place so hard to develop new ideas. Slow to truly embrace change and not open to challenge. A lot of red tape and networks to navigate, including personality management.

      Flexible when it comes to how to get the work done. While working remote you don't have to waste time driving to location. You have the ability to work at night to catch up on workload if needed.
