Pros
Benefits and flexibilty are still good [ had some cut backs recently and propably more to come ] . Plenty of PTO compering to my other jobs . Traing on subjects related to my job which in many cases is helpfull .
Cons
Meetings about nothing , just s . Reviewing #s that are meaningless and you can't have control over most of them . Allstate is big on customer satisfaction surveys lately , but is only interested in numbers . So if you get negative feed back it's you fault even if you are not the one that screwed something up .
