      A great company that cares about it’s customers. An executive team that isn’t afraid to tackle profound, but necessary change to the business model.

      Cons

      All of the change has created some interim instability in job security with many really good employees being let go.

      Pros

      Local office had great support from my EA and coworker.

      Cons

      Systems constantly changing, poor IT support, state regulations constantly changing. No benefits in local offices and our rates are too high to compete.
