      Pros

      Allstate handles worklife balance very well. The environment is not high stress, but it is high skill. The benefits are really good.

      Cons

      The salary seems to be lower than that of comparable positions at other companies. Also, it is a very large company so your experience with team members and management may vary depending on where you work. However that may be a good thing.

      Good benefits and ok PTO

      Cons

      Terrible pay and composition structure. Point bassed systems are only used to screw your sales agents out of money. I doubt they will be around another 50 years. Management proudly says that the way to move up is "be good where you are". Upper management is disproportionately F. All the agents hate the job and its very obvious to see.
