Business Outlook
Pros
Large company, with lots of opportunities. If you know where to look, you can find development opportunities. Great people at the mid and entry levels who really want to help. Flexible working hours and work from home was implemented pretty much company wide after the pandemic.
Cons
Pay will always be low to mid of the market. Hard to advance if you don't kiss the right boots. Not the best at development, high churn in a lot of areas simply looking for the people who figure it out on their own vs. taking the time to build solid training and development programs.
