      Pros

      Good company name to back your product. Company has a lot of advertising so customers come in. A lot of products to offer the customers.

      Cons

      Commissions are quite small for most of the producers in the area. Each agency is independently owned so you don't have any benefits package or room for advancement.

      Pros

      Large Stable company, decent benefits, provide social gathering opportunities for remote employees.

      Cons

      Communication is not the best. from leadership down or between departments. Perception is valued higher then performance. Under stress people may turn hostile and the leadership is not equipped to address in well. In case of my manager some of the expectations were not reasonable.
