      Great benefits such as 401k and health insurance, entry level work opportunities

      Cons

      Difficult and confusing system for taking leave, not being at work counts as occurrence against you, state specifics constantly changing. Few opportunities to advance.

      Pros

      Local office had great support from my EA and coworker.

      Cons

      Systems constantly changing, poor IT support, state regulations constantly changing. No benefits in local offices and our rates are too high to compete.
