Pros
lots of work orders workers try to help the vendors but review tears their efforts apart
Cons
certain reviewers target vendors, especially when they point out how poorly they do their review and how they don't pay attention to notes on reports or notes placed by employees. You can never speak with a review, they always hide, they say "contact me with questions" but never leave their info, or rare if the do. They don't want to be told how wrong they are because they don't want to be fired. Even though some should look for other careers.
