Multicultural. Good director. Great climate. The region is lovely, work is not too stressful at all and you can easily get to Italy and have a decent food! :-)
Cons
The first impression is that there are 10 people to do the job that one could do it. Amadeus is rich and not too much worried to lose new sales, as long as GDS business will keep on maintaining everyone. Pay in my case was poor; HR offered my previous salary and I accepted because I wanted to see and live the company, the region, the sport structures, CE discounts, baby-foot tournaments and many pretty girls...:-). The bonus is ridicoluos. Performant people get 3-4% more than slackers so on average and after some time, everyone becomes a slacker! Many people don't want to take responsibility, everyone wants to live in his own world and not challenge the others to perform better. The company is good for graduate, but after a few years you will stop learning and improving. I got wind of a discrimination rule. It seems that university creates some differences in pay, positions and carrier growth. I was told I would have never become director since my university was not French. Hope it's not true.
