      Pros

      Good atmosphere, competent colleagues, good work life balance. Have opportunities to attend professional events outside work.

      Cons

      The salary is a bit tight. The location is not good for commuting. Slow time to market of new development, although they are working on changing this very aggressively. Big monolithic legacy stack, buggy and hard to maintain
